Current Role

Patricia Overland is Director of Coaching Talent, responsible for all CCL coaches in the Americas, including coach selection, onboarding, evaluation, engagement, development, and retention.

Experience

An ICF-certified executive coach (PCC), Patricia brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership coaching services — including design, delivery, and global oversight of complex coaching engagements — to her role.

Education

Patricia has an MS in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego and a BS in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University. She also has an Advanced Human Resource Management Certificate from Cornell University.
