Leadership Development Program (LDP)®, Leading for Organizational Impact, Leadership at the Peak (& more)
At the start of his leadership journey over 10 years ago, Mark stepped into a role managing hundreds of people across operational functions. It was then that he made a commitment to honor the responsibility he had been given as a leader. Attending LDP opened him up to continuous improvements as a leader and as an individual, and led to his participation in a number of subsequent CCL programs.
“The higher I rose, the more strategic my influence became. And CCL was right there with me — tailoring the journey to match my role and goals.”

Rachel sought personal and professional clarity through our C-suite leadership program, and she found that her areas for improvement matched her vision to grow and align the organization. Her experience helped her think strategically about a plan to delegate more and make space to focus on bigger ideas. Her team is now the most organized, driven, and focused it’s ever been because they’re working on their strengths instead of operating in several roles.
“[Leadership at the Peak] helped me discover what kind of leader I am … you’ve got to be whole and balanced to lead well.”

Leadership Development Program (LDP)®
Olivia was experiencing burnout — she was struggling and stressed, and sought new skills to balance her workload while helping her colleagues thrive. Through our LDP program, she gained self-awareness and confidence to change her habits and rewrite her story.
“I’m even more connected to my organization, and when I go home I’m more present for the people I love.”

Jason credits the network he built through Leadership at the Peak as what sets it apart from other programs. He sees his relationships with other leaders as powerful sources of social and emotional support. This alumni group, peers with similar leadership threads, provides perspective and support to help him find balance and create impact.
“You meet with the facilitators, you meet with the cohort, you meet with your coach, and you meet with the mirror — and those are all important meetings to have.”

Leading for Organizational Impact
Siegfried was seeking an experience to help him make a greater impact in his current role and prepare him for a future global leadership position. He credits our Leading for Organizational Impact program with making him more self-aware and better able to balance people’s concerns with business priorities. He now spends more time at work building connections through deep conversation with his team before decisions are made.
“I realized I needed to pay more attention to the people instead of just the business.”

Attending our program was outside of Gina’s comfort zone, but she knew her promotion to CEO would, at times, create similar feelings. She credits Leadership at the Peak with helping her grow in a short amount of time — she gained acceptance and confidence, and the emphasis on wellbeing led her to start walking before work to clear her mind and ground her day. She appreciated that our approach focused on her own needs, vision, and goals rather than just those of her company.
“Leadership at the Peak was profoundly meaningful because it gave me such a feeling of acceptance for all the parts of me that influence me.”

Leadership Development Program (LDP)®
Betsy was looking for ways to expand her role — she had big ideas to help people with life-changing illnesses and sought the opportunity to achieve them. Her time at LDP encouraged her to present her ideas to the organization’s board of directors and led to the expanded job that she wanted, making her feel more connected to the organization’s strategic direction and more personally fulfilled.
“We get used to seeing ourselves the way we are. We often forget that we have much more to offer.”

Megan returned from Leadership at the Peak and immediately began reinforcing the message of trust when she delegated work, a message the program led her to realized she had never communicated to her team. Upon returning to work, she immediately noticed a positive change because her team can step up and lead in new ways. She credits the structure of the program for its ability to make such an impact, with emphasis on the culture of feedback and the ability to step away from work to invest in herself.
“A lot of what I do is coaching people, and I’ve taken some of my new perspectives and infused them into my conversations and coaching.”
