CCL Senior Research Scientist Marcia Dawkins delivered the keynote speech for the Society of Consulting Psychology, titled “Sincerely Yours: Lessons on Life and Leadership.”
Her talk interwove her own life experience, her newly developed leadership model on “sincerity,” and connections to her larger body of work. Topics discussed included the connections between leadership and social identity, future trends in leadership, and strategic organizational communication. Her talk was supplemented by a podcast episode, also recorded for the Society of Consulting Psychology.
Marcia’s talk was part of the 2023 annual conference, which serves organizational psychologists interested in developing their practice and professional network.
