Current Role

Peter Ronayne is a Senior Faculty member who designs and delivers open-enrollment and custom programs with a focus on public sector leadership and organizational development. He’s the co-author of The Toxic Boss Survival Guide: Tactics for Navigating the Wilderness at Work.

Experience

Prior to joining us, Peter was a dean and senior faculty member at the Federal Executive Institute (FEI) in Charlottesville, VA, where he directed the flagship Leadership for a Democratic Society program and cofounded the institute’s program on neuroscience and leadership. He has served for over 20 years as a faculty member at the University of Virginia, teaching undergraduate courses on leadership, globalization, and foreign policy.

Education

Peter has a PhD in Government & Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and a BS in Languages & Linguistics from Georgetown University. He also has a Post-Graduate Certificate in Neuroscience and Leadership from Middlesex University (England) and The NeuroLeadership Institute.
