Based in Brussels, Lynn Collins leads strategic partnerships and innovation initiatives to advance our mission. She drives collaborative efforts within the Research & Innovation team to expand reach, enhance service offerings, and support the development of new, research-backed leadership content. She operates within a broad ecosystem to co-create innovative solutions that position us at the forefront of leadership development.

Experience

Lynn joined us in 2013 and served in several regional leadership roles in our EMEA market before joining the global innovation team in 2023. Prior to joining CCL, she worked with top providers of learning & development and held various technical marketing and commercial roles across a variety of industries in Canada and Europe.

Education

Lynn has a BSc in Chemical and Biological Sciences from the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada.
