Renée Hultin is our Chief Commercial Impact Officer. In her role, she partners with CCL operations in other regions to advance enterprise performance and to ensure that resources, knowledge, and organizational capabilities are optimized at a global level.
Renée is responsible for meeting revenue and net targets, program quality, and client satisfaction measures. She works across boundaries to provide leadership, direction, business insight, performance accountability frameworks, and development to assure clients receive impactful, high-quality leadership solutions, products, and services in alignment with and supporting our brand.
Renée has extensive business experience with a focus in sales and marketing, business expansion, and corporate strategy. She demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial spirit and has a passion around building teams and organizations to better serve client needs and drive growth globally.
Renée joined CCL in 2007 as the group director of Global Product Development. In her role she was tasked with establishing a formal product development group that would serve our current and future needs. In 2013 she led the organization of a new business unit, Global Learning Products, designed to extend our portfolio and reach. In 2014 she also became Vice President of our Americas Sales Team, responsible for revenue and sales activities throughout North America. During her tenure, she built and implemented new sales strategies and approaches to help sustain our impact.
Renée holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from San Diego State University and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
