Renée has extensive business experience with a focus in sales and marketing, business expansion and corporate strategy. She demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial spirit and has a passion around building teams and organizations to better serve client needs and drive growth globally.
Renée joined CCL in 2007 as the group director of Global Product Development. In her role she was tasked with establishing a formal product development group that would serve CCL’s current and future needs. In 2013 she led the organization of a new business unit, Global Learning Products (GLP), which is positioned to extend CCL’s portfolio and reach. GLP is the business owner for internal and external distribution of products that support ongoing learning and opens a new source of revenue for the Center. In 2014 she also assumed the responsibilities for the vice president of the Americas Sales Team where she was responsible for revenue and sales activities throughout North America. During her tenure, she built and implemented new sales strategies and approaches to help sustain the Center’s impact.
Renée is currently the senior vice president of Global Markets Americas and executes the Center’s Global Markets Strategy within the Americas region. In her role, she partners with operations in other regions to advance enterprise performance and to ensure that resources, knowledge, and organizational capabilities are optimized at a global level. Renée is responsible for meeting revenue and net targets, program quality, and client satisfaction measures. She works across boundaries to provide leadership, direction, business insight, performance accountability frameworks, and development to assure clients receive impactful, high- quality leadership solutions, products, and services in alignment with and supporting CCL’s brand.
Renée holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from San Diego State University and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
