The European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology Best Paper Award

The European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology (EJWOP) Best Paper Award was jointly sponsored by CCL and the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, and recognized high-quality scholarly work on leadership and organizational effectiveness.

Annual EJWOP awards were announced every 2 years, coinciding with the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP) International Conference held in May. The authors received a cash award and presented their papers at the EAWOP conference in Oslo, Norway.
