The Next Chapter

Following the program intensive, participants continue to receive support for their development, including 2 group coaching sessions with an executive coach to help apply learning and ensure organizational impact, as well as access to toolkits and other resources to plan their next steps and sustain their learning. Participants also have an opportunity to complete a final assessment, Reflections® 360, to measure application and post-program growth.

More than just a 5-day training program for senior leaders, Leading for Organizational Impact is a developmental learning journey that offers insights, tools, and support.

The heart of this journey is The Looking Glass, Inc.® Experience: a research-driven business simulation that serves as a live case study of relational leadership. The Looking Glass, Inc. simulation provides hands-on learning, critical skills practice, and a clear view of how individual leaders work across boundaries, adopt a strategic perspective, and impact organizational outcomes.

The intensive also features HiFi Conversation Analytics™, our wearable tech that transforms leadership development by measuring communication dynamics to give leaders powerful, data-driven insights that elevate their influence and impact.

While other simulations prime senior leaders for the business cases of the past, ours prepares them to face the business challenges of the future — with the executive mindsets, skillsets, and tools they will need to successfully navigate the road ahead.

In addition to The Looking Glass, Inc. Experience, this proven senior leader training also provides:

  • 360-degree assessment and individualized executive coaching for highly personalized feedback
  • Research-based content focusing on the issues that matter most at this leader level
  • Ongoing support for applying new skills and behaviors after the intensive, including a multi-rater assessment of leadership development impact and access to our exclusive alumni community
  • Continuing education credentials — upon completion, participants are awarded 3.95 CEUs in partnership with National University

The ecosystem of co-participants who were senior executives from varied industries and geographies, coupled with a highly experienced faculty, a safe zone set up to forego inhibitions and open myself to give and receive feedback, all made a huge personal impact on me, in my leadership learning journey.

I came into this program expecting it to be more academic in nature, but instead it was more reflective. I was taught important leadership skills, given an opportunity to practice them, received feedback on how I did, and then was given time to practice it again … [with] time to reflect on what I had learned. This approach has helped me retain information and see tangible ways to take it back to my organization. I also saw immediate growth!
