Laura Quinn, Ph.D. has provided expertise in the areas of client consultation, program design and facilitation, research and program management. She has worked with and managed multiple programs and major client initiatives, focusing on: strategy, culture transformation, leadership strategy, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, effective organizational and interpersonal communication, senior executives and senior executive teams, team development and organizational change. Laura is the Global Director of the Center's Organizational Solutions Business. In this role, she oversees the development and implementation of the Center's Organizational Portfolio, including design and delivery of major client initiatives and the capability and content development for the Center's Talent, Strategy, Culture and Organizational Transformation work.
