Rich Tallman is a Senior Faculty member based in Colorado Springs, CO. He trains multiple open enrollment programs including the Leadership Development Program, Coaching for Development, and Leadership at the Peak, as well as working with custom clients, designing and delivering programs tailored to their specific needs. Prior to joining us, Rich had a consulting practice in organization design and development where he worked with a variety of organizations undergoing substantive change including restructuring, mergers, and change initiatives to increase productivity and profitability.
