Kathleen is an Organizational Leadership Practitioner who works with executive and senior leadership teams to define and activate the leadership needed to achieve organizational success. Prior to joining CCL in 2019, she spent 32 years at Hewlett-Packard Company/HP Inc., with 24 of those years focused on organization development, change management, leadership development, and employee engagement. Kathleen’s specific expertise is in developing leadership teams to effectively lead transformational change. Over the course of her HP tenure she architected and delivered leadership development programs for leadership teams in Supply Chain, Customer Support, and Finance, as well as developing women leaders in India.

Mark is a Leadership Solutions Partner who brings over 30 years of experience to CCL in leadership, team, and organization development. In his role, Mark partners with client organizations to design and facilitate strategic change initiatives that leverage the power of collective leadership. His areas of expertise include executive team development, leadership development strategy, culture transformation and renewal, and organizational change. Before joining CCL, Mark worked as a learning and development manager at Accenture LLC, a global technology consulting company, and later founded his own consulting practice in leadership and executive development, where he worked with Fortune 500 companies in professional services, telecommunications, biotechnology, and consumer products.
