Liora’s 25 years’ experience has spanned both the academic and consulting worlds. Her current role in the Center for Creative Leadership involves conceptualizing, designing and delivering innovative and customized solutions for clients - seeking to grow high-performing organizations and to develop leadership capability by integrating practical solutions and business results. Before joining the Center for Creative Leadership©, Liora worked as a Program Director and Professional Associate at the Gordon Institute of Business Science, where she designed, developed and managed delivery of global leadership development programs. These programs have achieved substantial external recognition and acknowledgement of best practice in ROI (e.g. UNICON).

Liora has lectured and facilitated at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (University of Pretoria), the Graduate School of Business Administration (University of the Witwatersrand) and Henley Management College. Her subjects have included Issues in Leadership, Women in Leadership, Change Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Organisational Design and Development and Strategic HR Management. She has also worked as a coach, facilitator, action learning coach and integrator at these business schools.
