She works with leaders on the frontlines and with women in science and engineering from clients in industry, government and non-profit settings through CCL’s Advancing Technical Women and Maximizing Your Leadership Potential solutions.
Senior Faculty member
Kelly is a Senior Faculty member at CCL’s San Diego campus. Kelly facilitates open enrollment programs such as Leading for Organizational Impact. She also is responsible for leading the design and delivery of custom leadership development solutions for CCL’s global corporate clients. Kelly is a specialist in systems thinking in organizational, team and individual leadership development. She has leveraged her broad expertise in technical and sector knowledge with her specializations in organizational systems, learning and development, culture change, coaching and facilitation to engage organizations to meet the wide range of situations that her clients face.
Monica is an experienced facilitator and executive coach who works with leaders across different industries and geographies. When facilitating and coaching, she engages in impactful conversations, enabling leaders to better serve their organizations. She partners with her clients to support them addressing the leadership and systemic side of their business challenges. Monica has 20 years of international business experience across different industries, including Food/Beverages & Tobacco, information technology, professional services and consulting, and executive education.
