Monica Bortoluzzi

Monica is an experienced facilitator and executive coach who works with leaders across different industries and geographies. When facilitating and coaching, she engages in impactful conversations, enabling leaders to better serve their organizations. Monica partners with her clients to support them in addressing the leadership and systemic side of their organizational challenges.

Monica has 20 years of international business experience across different industries, including food/beverages & tobacco (Philippe Morris Spain), information technology (Sun Microsystems), professional services and consulting (Accenture), and executive education (CCL).

As our Faculty and Coaching Talent Director for Europe and the Middle East, Monica leads a team of 9 and manages a community of 145 senior leadership associates. She also partners with the General Managers to meet clients’ needs by growing our delivery capacity and capability.

Monica is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian and has a working knowledge of French. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Organization from ESIC (Business & Marketing School, Madrid) and an M.Sc. in Philosophy from the University of Venice.

Clemson’s broad span of clients includes numerous commercial, public, and non-government agencies, offering a variety of leadership development, virtual learning, and coaching programs. His C-suite work includes commercial leaders as well as elected and appointed senior government officials across the spectrum of foreign relations, defense, education, intelligence, and humanitarian aid.

Clemson is responsible for the custom spectrum of our leadership portfolio, which leverages the unique abilities of our research, content, client outcomes, technology, and strength of faculty to deliver a wide variety of leadership development experiences. This includes developing the global client-centric practice for the coordination, creativity, integration, strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation of our custom leadership experience journeys.

Prior to joining us at CCL, Clemson served over 24 years in the US Army. As the leader of a strategic planning team, Clemson developed international agreements, created organizational training and partnership programs, and mentored senior government officials.

Clemson’s undergraduate degree is from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. He earned an M.A. in Political Science, M.P.A., and Doctorate from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. He also holds an M.A. in Security and Strategy from the US Army War College.
