Vandana, a facilitator, coach and consultant in the area of Leadership Development with 17 years of experience, has worked closely with clients to design & deliver high impact leadership interventions. Her client engagements span manufacturing, engineering, banking, telecom and services sectors. The strength of her work with client organizations lies in following a partnership approach that leads to deep and longitudinal engagements, to shape people development.
Prior to joining CCL, Vandana was heading People Insight, a boutique consulting firm focused on leadership development and talent management. She has facilited engagements for top teams, senior leadership and high potential talent pools at diverse organizations, including several accelerated leader development engagagements. As an executive coach she has worked with mid and senior level leaders across industries. In the initial stage of her career, Vandana has worked in OD and L&D domain, with one of the largest Indian private sector bank, during its significant growth phase.
Vandana’s journey with CCL started in 2012 as an associate for the APAC region culminating in a full time role starting May 2016. Her current role as faculty – design and delivery includes facilitation of leadership programs for CCL across the APAC region. She is also responsible for designing and delivering impactful leadership solutions for CCL clients.
Vandana has completed her bachelor degree in Economics and post‐graduate qualifications in Human Resource Management from XLRI, a premiere Business school in India. She is certified to use the CCL suite of 360 instruments, FIRO B, Workplace Big 5, Hogan assessments, Culture in Worplace, Global Team Process Questionnaire, Influence Style Indicator and others.
