Tim is a young professional with nearly a decade of experience working with leaders in the education and nonprofit sectors. Before coming to CCL, Tim worked with several Greensboro-area nonprofits focused on driving social change through lobbying and community organizing. He also facilitated youth leadership programs for the National Conference for Communities and Justice (NCCJ) of the Piedmont Triad. Tim started at CCL as a Research Assistant in 2013, returned as a Program Coordinator in 2014, and became an Evaluation Analyst in 2017. He has presented his work to researchers and practitioners at the Emerging Voices in Evaluation conference and the American Evaluation Association’s annual conference.
As an Evaluation Analyst, Tim conducts quantitative and qualitative data analysis in support of programming across our service sectors of K12, Higher Education, Nonprofit Organizations, and Population Health. He oversees standard evaluation processes, including data collection, analysis, and reporting. In addition, he works to highlight stories of impact and work with clients through various media and partnerships.

Tim is the co-captain of Code for Greensboro and serves on the Board of Emerging Ecology, a local nonprofit he helped to found. He has completed CCL’s Leadership Essentials and Leadership Fundamentals courses, is trained in facilitation using the Technologies of Participation methodology, and is a graduate of the Greensboro City Academy.
