Stephen Jeong


Stephen is former U.S. Naval Nuclear Electrical Technician turned industrial-organizational (I/O) psychologist.  He specializes in people and organizational measurement, leading-edge leader analytics, and the design and validation of new products and services aimed at improving organizational performance.

Stephen started his I/O career with Assessment Services (Columbus, OH) where he managed the design and validation of vocational education certification tests for the States of Ohio and West Virginia.  He then joined Willis Towers Watson and worked with industry-leading organizations to diagnose and design workforce optimization strategies. Just prior to joining CCL, Stephen was Managing Partner of Waypoint People Solutions, a leading-edge I/O consulting firm specializing in using state of the art measurement and analytics strategies to help clients optimize their human capital – from employee and executive selection to workforce planning and optimization.

Current Role

As Senior Faculty of Leader Analytics, Stephen is responsible for leveraging advanced analytics to help organizations identify and uncover their unique drivers of desired business outcomes. Specifically, he helps organizational leaders identify people drivers of business outcomes and leader actions that impact those people drivers.  Bottom line: Organizational leaders are able to answer the question:  What action can I take today to optimize our culture and people experiences that directly impact our most critical business outcomes?
