Nicola has worked in and with a variety of industries including Healthcare, Automotive, Telecommunication, Manufacturing, and Renewable Energy. Nicola has designed and delivered programs in 17+ countries around the globe. Starting her career, focusing on the design and delivery of assessment & development centers Nicola then focused on creating and facilitating organizational change initiatives and trainings to support
leadership capability development for individuals, cross-functional and executive teams in order to drive performance.
Prior to joining Center for Creative Leadership (CCL)® Nicola has lived in Germany and Hong Kong working as a Senior Consultant and Key Account Manager in a consultancy firm specializing in agile leadership development working for clients in both Europe and Asia-Pacific.
Since 2019 Nicola has been an integral part of the team focusing on the German, Austrian, and Swiss countries. As a CCL Faculty, Nicola discovers, diagnoses, designs, and develops leadership and group-level (team & organization) solutions in partnership with medium-size and global companies. In this role she leverages her knowledge of industrial and organizational Psychology as well as organizational behavior while
acknowledging the business reality and ecosystem. Her expertise lies in applying an agile way of working by using design thinking which connects CCL insights with the client’s reality. Nicola incorporates this approach to instill personal and organizational agility to prepare individuals, and the organization as a whole, for a continuously changing work environment.
In addition to her role as Faculty, Nicola is passionate about the power of coaching in helping leaders develop their authentic leadership capabilities. Her coaching style is pragmatic and resource-oriented and she is dedicated to empowering individuals to take ownership of their own reality.
Nicola grew up and was educated in Germany and the US. She has Bachelor and Masters degree in Science and Psychology and spent a part of her studies in Toulouse, France. She is a certified Organizational Coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) and is currentlly pursuing the coaching credentials with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her focus areas include leadership assessment
and development, group dynamics, learning agility, and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).
Nicola is a member of the German Association of Psychologists (BDP) and its subgroup of Industrial and Organizational Psychologists (Sektion Wirtschaftspsychologie).
