Nancy serves as a facilitator, catalyst, consultant and coach and has been honing those skills in the service of effective leadership, teams and organizations for over 20 years. For the past 12 years she has been doing this work with the Center for Creative Leadership as Adjunct Faculty and is currently in an On-Call Faculty role.
Nancy works with complex global organizations and with local mission driven non-profits in order to identify the essential and sustainable changes required to generate their desired leadership impact and value. She listens deeply to her clients to discover their pain points and their strengths in the service of developing and delivering the appropriate leadership solutions. In addition to working in a global and local context she works at an individual, team and organizational level in a wide variety of industries. She has significant experience in health care, pharma, agriculture and manufacturing.
Prior to her work with CCL, Nancy was the Chief Operating Officer for a national managed behavioral healthcare organization responsible for the management of multi-million dollar federal and state contracts in a public/private partnership model. During a time of significant change in the model for behavioral health service delivery and reimbursement, Nancy learned about the power of leveraging freedom and accountability.
Nancy earned her BA from Whitworth College in Spokane, Washington and her MSW from the Loyola University Chicago, Illinois.
In addition to loving her work and continually learning from her clients, Nancy’s other passions include loving her family, serving her community, road cycling, yoga, gardening, reading, and virtually all music — especially the blues.
