Prior to joining the CCL, Milynn was Senior Director of Talent Management at ESPN, a segment of The Walt Disney Company. There she directed strategic leadership processes in the identification and development of senior talent and was an architect of these processes across Disney.
In her role of Director of Global Talent Management at Johnson & Johnson, she spearheaded executive development programs for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector.
As Senior Vice President of Executive Development at Bank of America, Milynn partnered with the CEO and Executive Committee in delivering programs targeted for C-suite executives.
In her work as Director of Global Organizational Development for Pfizer (formerly Wyeth), she pioneered team effectiveness processes and programs with global drug development teams.
Milynn is a Senior Faculty member at CCL’s Colorado Springs campus.
Leveraging her extensive business experience and expert knowledge in the fields of management and leadership, organizational development, and talent management, she facilitates executive education programs as well as designs custom leadership solutions to engage and drive individual, group, and organizational performance.
Her focus is on the complex work of enterprise leadership and its key responsibilities of strategy setting, culture building, and talent management. Milynn effectively partners with clients across industries, conducting in-depth discovery.
Milynn is a Renaissance woman academically enabling her to bring divergent perspectives to her work.
She earned a Doctor of Education from The George Washington University and a Juris Doctor from Widener University. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Widener University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota.
Milynn is a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
