General Manager Germany, Austria, Switzerland (DACH)
The General Manager (GM) of the DACH region is accountable to the Vice President & Managing Director EMEA, serves on the CCL EMEA Management Team and is responsible for the day-to-day operations and longer term planning for the DACH region. Accountable for collaborating with the other regional GMs, and the heads of the shared services centers based in Brussels.
Manages a team of dedicated resources for sales and business development, leadership solutions architects, client solutions – junior and lead consultants/faculty, and project management. Manages all aspects of business development, prioritization of opportunities, solution design and delivery and client satisfaction.
Develop relationships at key points across client organizations, serving as a trusted advisor for talent management decisions. Skillfully apply CCL Leadership points of view, frameworks, tools and processes to create strategic, sustainable solutions to solve client issues enabling organizational success. Engage consulting team, solution design experts and resource managers globally to meet client expectations and ensure seamless implementations.
