New role: Senior Director Organizational Development & Effectiveness
Lynn joined CCL in 2013 where she led our efforts to develop a new program called Leadership for Societal Impact in partnership with Manchester Business School. She was later promoted to Regional Director for the DACH region where she grew our business and developed strong relationships with our key clients. In FY18, Lynn was promoted to General Manager for the DACH region.
In her new role, with an EMEA-wide remit, Lynn will be responsible for accelerating the integration and alignment of business strategies and activities across regional teams and shared services in order to drive client satisfaction and business results.
