Lisa Sinclair

Experience

Lisa has thirty years of experience in the leadership development industry and over twenty-five years of leadership experience. Since joining CCL, she has led in multiple functions including operations, information technology, portfolio, and client services. She has over eighteen years of change leadership and project management experience covering a variety of projects including global integration, outsourcing, process reengineering, and more. She has a track record of effectively managing business operations as well as leading global, cross-functional, mission-critical initiatives and teams. She has been recognized for increasing operating efficiency, quality, and has a unique ability to understand and translate the needs of diverse stakeholders. Prior to joining CCL, she worked in manufacturing with a fortune 500 company.

She has been actively involved with a number of CCL® client relationships and engages in a full range of organizational and leadership assessment and development processes including design and delivery of customized solutions. Industries she has worked with in the past include pharmaceutical, cable and telecommunications, education, non-profit, manufacturing, government, aerospace and defense, law, technology, military, health care, and financial services.

Current Role

Lisa is the Managing Director of CCL’s Greensboro Campus and is responsible for leading CCL’s strategy and growth across the Eastern region of the U.S. This includes oversight of the sales, design, delivery and operational support for all leadership solutions.

In addition to Lisa’s management responsibilities, she serves as a Leadership Solutions Partner in a variety of CCL open enrollment programs as well as customized solutions.

Educational Background

Lisa holds a M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, a Master’s Certificate in Servant Leadership, and a B.S. in Business and Human Resource Management from Guilford College. She is certified in 4MAT, WorkPlace Big Five Profile™, Learning Tactics Inventory, Influence Style Indicator®, Change Style Indicator, FourSight™, Myers‐Briggs Type Indicator®, Hogan Assessment Suite, FIRO-B®, FIRO Business™, and the Center’s 360‐degree suite of assessments: Benchmarks®, Executive Dimensions®, Prospector®, 360 BY DESIGN®.
