Liora Gross


Liora’s work experience ranges from corporate to consulting and executive education – with a constant focus on igniting transformative change in people and organisations.   

Liora led a change management team at Dimension Data, a leading global IT organisation.  Here she was responsible for creating a Change Management Center of Excellence and for delivery of internal and client-facing change projects.  She has also worked as a Director of the HayGroup (a global HR consultancy) in South Africa, where she led the Organisation Effectiveness and Human Resources Planning and Development practice area. 

Liora lectured at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (University of Pretoria), the Graduate School of Business Administration (University of the Witwatersrand) and Henley Management College.  Her subjects have included Change Leadership, Organisational Design and Development, Strategic HR Management and Issues in Leadership. 

As a Programme Director at the Gordon Institute of Business Science, Liora designed, developed and managed delivery of global leadership development programmes.  These programmes have achieved substantial external recognition and acknowledgement of best practice in ROI through UNICON, as well as recognition for excellence in action learning.  

Overall, work experience has covered a broad range of industry sectors where Liora has supported major African and multi-national organisations.  

Current Role

Liora’s current role in the Center for Creative Leadership is to develop CCL’s Center of Excellence in Digital Transformation, as well as strategic management for the region.   The focus of the Center of Excellence is to provide expertise in creating leaders and organisations which embrace opportunities for growth, innovation and digital transformation – supporting CCL and clients in their efforts to be future fluent.  

Prior to this role, Liora worked as CCL’s Director of Leadership Solutions, Sub Saharan Africa, where she was responsible for leading the design and delivery of customized leadership development solutions to achieve results that matter.
