With over 20 years’ experience managing functions that include corporate strategy, business planning, partnerships, and marketing at CCL, Kris has extensive experience in analyzing markets, devising strategies, and implementing business plans. Her early career was in advertising sales and marketing.
A member of the CCL faculty, Kris delivers change simulation workshops and she facilitates the Assessment Certification Workshop (ACW), a program designed to credential talent management professionals and consultants in the use of CCL’s suite of 360-degree assessments. She has worked with numerous clients in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, government, and manufacturing sectors in locations across North America, South America, and Europe. Kris is also a CCL coach.
As Vice President, Commercialization and Innovation (C&I), Kris and her team implement strategic innovation and product development initiatives across the organization. She ensures that CCL’s pipeline of products, services, and experiences are delivering exceptional value for the leaders that CCL serves. In addition, she has responsibility for assessing, developing, nurturing and implementing enterprise-wide partnerships that align with CCL’s financial and impact goals.
Kris holds a B.S. in marketing with a concentration in marketing research from Indiana State University and an MBA from Wake Forest University. She has certifications in 4Mat, CentACS Workplace Big 5, Corporate Coach University Coaching Certification, ExperienceChange™ Simulation Facilitator, and Looking Glass, Inc. ® Business Simulation.
Outside of CCL, Kris has served on the Instructional Systems Association (ISA) board of directors. She is currently an adjunct instructor in marketing at High Point University. Previously, she taught the capstone business policy and strategy course at University of North Carolina – Greensboro (UNC-G).
