Kathleen joined CCL after a 32-year career at Hewlett-Packard Company/HP Inc., with 24 of those years focused on organization development, change management, leadership development, and employee engagement. Kathleen served in a variety of roles across HR, Supply Chain Operations and Finance that engaged her in organization design, transformational and transitional change, leader and leadership team development, cross-functional team development and virtual teaming. Over the course of her HP tenure she architected and delivered leadership development programs for leadership teams in Supply Chain, Customer Support, and Finance, as well as developing women leaders in India. Kathleen led change management efforts for two significant ERP implementations, thereby building her familiarity with digital transformations. Kathleen’s internal customers have spanned the globe, and she is experienced in working with cross-geographic teams, both in person as well as virtually. She is equally comfortable in working with multiple levels, from operators to C-suite, and everyone in between.
Kathleen is an Organizational Leadership Practitioner who serves the Americas and is based out of the Pacific Northwest. She primarily works with executive and senior leadership teams to define and activate the leadership needed to achieve organizational success. She helps clients with developing their capabilities across their organizations in the areas of senior team strategy and performance, organizational change and transformation, innovation, talent and culture.
Kathleen earned her Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership, with an emphasis in Organization Development, from Grand Canyon University. She holds a M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University, with her undergraduate degree in Theatre Arts and Education from University of Washington.
