Jeffrey has been with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) since 2014 and currently serves as a Manager for the Golden LEAF Scholars Leadership Program (GLSLP). Jeffrey has helped grow this grant funded, multi-year, leadership education program into its ninth year. In addition, because of his fluency in Spanish, Jeffrey has facilitated programs for some of our Spanish-speaking clients in Latin America and Spain. Jeffrey has also acted as Project Manager for clients such as Coca-Cola, and has served as faculty for programs at Auburn University, North Carolina A&T, North Carolina State University, Triad Fellows and CEU University in Madrid, Spain. Additionally, he acts as lead faculty for the delivery of varied portfolio work.
As a Manager for the GLSLP, Jeffrey acts as program and curriculum designer, digital asset developer, and trains and manages over 50 professional leadership coaches, while acting as liaison between program participants and the Golden LEAF Foundation. Jeffrey manages onsite logistics for bi-annual conferences, partners with CCL’s Evaluation Team to maintain metrics for reporting purposes and has direct responsibility for assisting with grant-writing and budget oversight. As a team member in the Societal Advancement group, he also works with young adults and adults facilitating CCL’s core leadership content while incorporating experiential learning techniques.
Jeffrey holds a B.A. in Communication Studies and in Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He is also pursuing (May 2019) his M.A. Ed.H.D. in Organizational Leadership and Learning from the George Washington University Graduate School of Education & Human Development. His focus is on increasing the learning capacity of individuals, teams, and organizations to optimize growth and effectiveness. He is certified in CCL’s 360-degree suite of assessments, 4MAT Learning Style Assessment, FIRO Assessments, Change Style Indicator and other psychometric instruments.
