Prior to joining CCL, Jason worked for several Fortune 100 companies, holding senior leadership roles in Operations, Human Resources and Leadership and Executive Development. In these roles, Jason led large-scale, geographically dispersed teams and work both in the US and APAC. Jason worked for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts overseeing Leadership and Executive Development for an employee base of over 75,000. Working as an internal leadership development practitioner, he led the effort for leadership development strategies and customized learning solutions for Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club, Adventures by Disney, Disney Institute, Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa, Walt Disney Attractions Technology, Revenue Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Specialty Merchandising, Human Resources & Diversity and Inclusion, Public Affairs and Communications. Jason is well versed with global markets and has successfully led the Learning & Development set-up and roll-out at Shanghai Disney Resort in Shanghai, China and Tokyo Disney Resort in Tokyo, Japan. Jason also worked in the Corporate Training division for Cheddar’s Restaurants during their domestic expansion focusing on company culture, training process improvement and sustainment of restaurant processes and standards during substantial growth.
Jason serves as a leadership solutions partner for CCL’s open enrollment programs and customized learning solutions for various CCL clients. He has a passion and focus on Innovation, Advanced Strategic Thinking/Execution, and Authentic Leadership. Jason has a dynamic facilitation style that elicits stimulating discussion and insights when interacting and engaging with leaders at all levels—those that lead themselves to those that are responsible for leading organizations. Jason is also well-versed in customizing learning solutions that meet organizations where they are at with cutting edge tools, concepts and delivery methodologies.
Jason has worked with global companies with participants from five continents and has lived in mainland China for 2.5 years leading the Leadership & Executive Development for Shanghai Disney Resort during its opening.
Jason holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Stetson University and a B.S. in Hospitality Management from the Rosen School of Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida.
Jason is a certified facilitator of the following assessments: 4MAT, The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, and Gallup StrengthsFinders, Paradigm Personality Labs WorkPlace Big Five Profile, Change Styles Indicator, and Influence Styles Indicator. Jason is also certified in CCL’s suite of 360-degree assessments.
