Enric brings an extensive an international business experience working with multinational and Fortune 500 accounts across several industries such as Manufacturing, Logistics, Electronics, Biotech, Automotive, Financial Services, Retail, Utilities, and Government.
Prior joining CCL, Enric worked for Hewlett-Packard for 13 years occupying several executive positions in Spain, USA and Mexico within operations, strategic marketing, business development and consulting.
Enric is an expert in organizational culture and executive alignment. He co-founded and lead an innovative Organizational Development consultancy focused on organizational culture transformation that continues to develop internationally: Pinea3 Living Organizations.
Enric was also the Director of Executive Education at EADA business school (Spain), designing and delivering custom leadership development programs for top European corporations such as Electricité de France (EDF). Enric, throughout his career, lived and worked in Japan, France, The Netherlands, USA, Mexico, and Spain and speaks Catalan, Spanish, English, and French fluently.
Enric is a Senior Faculty member at CCL’s San Diego campus. He is responsible for leading the design and delivery of custom leadership development solutions for CCL’s global corporate clients. Enric also facilitates open-enrollment programs such as Leading Strategically and Leading for Organizational Impact.
Enric obtained his doctorate degree from Aston University (UK) on organizational psychology and leadership development. He holds an international MBA from Institut de Management Européen des Affaries (IMEA, France) and a telecommunications engineering degree from Universitat Politècnica Catalunya (UPC, Spain).

In addition to being a partner and a member of Pinea3’s board, Enric is currently in the board of directors of two start-ups: Retrovirox (a Biotech company based in San Diego), and Isigma (a digital signature service provider based in Barcelona, Spain).
Enric authored and co-authored several books, most recently: “Evaluating Authentic Behavior Change in Leadership Development” (Lambert, 2015), “Organizational Energy” (in English: Pinea3, 2014; in Spanish: Ed. Profit, 2012), and “¿Trabajas o colaboras? Team Beat” (Ed. Profit, 2011). Enric is a member of The Medinge Group, an international think-tank based in Sweden and focused on conscious branding.
Over the years, Enric has delivered several classes and keynote speeches internationally at several top business schools and forums on topics such as: Conscious Leadership, Systems Thinking, Cross Cultural Management, Collaboration and Boundary Spanning Leadership, Personal Change, Energy Management, etc.
