Christopher has provided coaching and consultation to leaders and managers in corporate, nonprofit, educational and religious organizations. Chris also served as a group facilitator and classroom instructor at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Prior to becoming a part of CCL he founded Ward Coaching and Consulting, a private coaching practice in Greensboro, North Carolina.
He draws on experience in organizational leadership and management in non-profit and religious organizations.
Christopher currently serves as a Project Director for Leadership Beyond Boundaries at CCL. His work focuses on increasing the capacity of organizations to successfully facilitate leader development with young, emerging leaders. The scope of work includes training design and delivery, catalyzing and supporting organizational change, coaching for development, and collaborating on assessment and evaluation. Chris also serves as a feedback and executive coach for CCL?s Coaching Services, and is certified in CCL?s leadership assessment suite.
Christopher received a Master of Science in Counseling at Pittsburg State University, and conducted three years of post-master?s study at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English, creative writing from Kansas State University.
Chris is a member of the International Leadership Association and Institute of Coaching, and is a regular participant in the Servant Leadership School of Greensboro.
