Leadership at the Peak – Running for almost 30 years in the US, Leadership at the Peak is a program developed by CCL. This program focuses exclusively on global leaders at the peak of their organizations — leaders who have over 15 years of management experience, manage over 500 people and who are in the top three tiers of their organization. Offered for the first time in Asia, this program provides an exclusive experience and network of senior global executives. Admission is limited to selected applicants.

Leading for Organizational Impact – Leading for Organizational Impact enhances your ability to lead while balancing short-term and long-term strategic perspectives.

Leadership Development Program (LDP)® – Launched more than 35 years ago in the U.S., CCL’s LDP stands as the most-attended program of its kind in the world. A five-day experience that blends our most feedback-intensive learning experience with experiential activities, it accelerates self-awareness and bottom-line impact.

Leadership Fundamentals – A dynamic, two-day program designed specifically for top-tier individual contributors who don’t currently have direct reports, but who do work on project teams and informally lead or influence others. It will also help you define your personal leadership style and give you a better understanding of how you can apply that style in your job as well as other aspects of your life.

Coaching for Greater Effectiveness – Designed to help participants guide their direct reports and teams toward greater effectiveness, the Coaching for Greater Effectiveness program leverages CCL’s research and experience in executive coaching and leadership. Participants are provided with proven frameworks and opportunities to formulate personal coaching styles that are immediately applicable and drive sustainable results.

Navigating Change – This two-day program is a tactical, people-focused experience that utilizes CCL’s proprietary Change-Capable Leadership™ system to help managers hone a leadership approach that maximizes their impact across their teams and organizations.

Driving Results Through Innovation Leadership – CCL developed Driving Results Through Innovation Leadership to give leaders the necessary knowledge and skills to connect innovation with results. Having a great idea isn’t enough. Ideas are the easy part. The challenge is driving them to implementation.
