Cope will serve as a member of the Executive Team and will report to CCL’s CEO, Scott Bohannon

“We are fortunate to have Liz join CCL’s executive leadership team,” Bohannon said. “Having served in both sales and marketing senior leadership roles, Liz brings holistic experience and a demonstrated ability to think and act at both the strategic and tactical levels. Long an ally for racial justice, equity, and enhancing the visibility of ethnic minorities, she also shares our commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion and will help us advance that work.”

Cope brings an extensive marketing background and a track record for building new organizations and launching global brands. Previously she was Director of Marketing Technology and Operations where she led the digital brand activation of global climate innovator Trane Technologies®, and was also a Director of Global Marketing at Ingersoll Rand®. “I’m inspired by CCL’s mission to ignite positive and transformative change, an urgent remit during these evolving times,” said Cope. “Norms have been disrupted across the globe and the time for bold, brave leaders is now. CCL has a pivotal opportunity to speak to leaders at all levels and support them on their journey to better themselves, their organizations, and societies. The time is right for us to deepen our audience reach and broaden awareness of our wide array of leadership, training, and development offerings. I am truly excited to advance our mission and join an organization known for making life-changing impact.”

Cope earned a bachelor’s degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. She is based in Columbus, Ohio, and will be part of CCL’s remote workforce.
