  • Researchers must use the appropriate trademarks, service marks, and copyrights, where applicable.
  • Researchers must put procedures in place to protect the content of assessments from use by others, as well as to protect the confidentiality of any data collected.
  • Researchers must give CCL the opportunity to review any papers or presentations that result from their research before they are submitted for publication.
  • Researchers must provide CCL with (1) copy of any papers resulting from the research upon completion of the project. This includes, but is not limited to, dissertations, journal articles, book chapters, conference papers, and electronic publications. When a paper is submitted for publication, a copy should be provided to CCL.
  • For the KEYS Assessment Only:
    • We require researchers to share their data with CCL. The data will be stored internally and potentially aggregated with CCL data for the purpose of conducting additional, psychometric evaluations of the KEYS assessment.
