Hamish Madan is our Vice President & Managing Director for Europe, Middle East & Africa. As a strategic client partner, he supervises organizational leadership and consulting projects for large regional and international clients. He works directly with executive teams and management boards to advise on leadership development strategy and implementation, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation.
Experience
Hamish has more than 20 years of business experience with a focus in sales and marketing, product and portfolio management, business expansion, and corporate strategy. He has held leadership positions at Sony, WABCO, Experian, and Recall. Hamish has a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and he’s enthusiastic and passionate about transforming individuals, teams, and organizations.
Hamish joined us in 2012 as the Markets Director for EMEA, responsible for all commercial and marketing activities for the region, and moved into his current role in 2016.
Educational Background
Hamish has an MBA specializing in Marketing and Strategy from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, an MSc in Operational Research from the London School of Economics, and a BSc in Mathematics for Business from Middlesex University.
