A recent report released by the White House revealed that millennials – Americans born between 1980 and the mid-2000’s – have become the largest and most diverse generation in the United States.

They’ve also grown up with far greater access and exposure to technology and information than any previous group of the population.

As millennials have gradually comprised a larger portion of the U.S. workforce, they’ve reset many expectations for the modern workplace, from physical office environments to professional development programs, and more.

On Wednesday, December 9 from 12-1 pm EST, join our faculty Jennifer Deal in a live Twitter chat on attracting, managing, and retaining millennial talent.

Deal is co-author of the new book What Millennials Want from Work, an in-depth guide to help business leaders, managers, and HR professionals understand how to attract and retain top millennial talent.

During the Twitter chat, @JenniferJDeal will serve as a panelist along with co-author @Alec Levenson.

Two lucky participants in the tweet chat will win a FREE autographed copy of What Millennials Want from Work.

Use the hashtag #MHECareers to follow or participate in the discussion.
