What would the world look like if everyone had access to leadership development? CCL has an initiative to democratize leadership development and unlock the power of human potential around the globe.

Rewriting Motherhood

Through our work with the Girls Clubs in Ethiopia, we’re helping a new generation redefine what it means to be girl and to empower these girls to have a voice in shaping their world.

This year, give the gift of leadership. Help us make leadership accessible to everyone, everywhere by making a contribution to support CCL’s social sector initiatives… because leadership is more important today than ever before!

Giving Everyone a Voice

Who benefits from CCL’s leadership development programs? Women like May Sabe Phyu, an alumna of CCL, who was one of 10 women recently named a “Woman of Courage” by the U.S. State Department. Despite facing threats, harassment, and legal charges, this 38-year-old mother of three works tirelessly as director of an organization in Myanmar that works to give everyone a voice in her country’s governance.

This year, give the gift of leadership. Give to help leaders like Phyu make sure that everyone has a voice.

Planting Seeds of Leadership in Schools

It’s never too early to start developing the next generation of leaders. That’s why each year, thanks to generous donations, CCL works with over 2,500 nonprofit leaders including K-2 superintendents, principals, and teachers in schools around the world to help expand leadership development down to our youngest citizens.

This year, give the gift of leadership. Support bringing leadership development to all by making a gift to support our efforts today…because leadership has never been more important.

Developing Leadership from Within

We are all leaders, we can all change the world. Blinded at the age of 5, Yetnebersh hasn’t let her disability prevent her from helping people with disabilities in Ethiopia find hope. Help ensure that community leaders like Yetnebersh overcome obstacles to make their world a better place…because as she notes, “Leadership is not something that sits on your eye, ear, or leg…it comes from within.”

This year, give the gift of leadership. Make a donation to support CCL’s social sector initiatives.
