How can we bounce back better than before from setbacks?

Resilience is the ability to bounce back from adversity. Anti-fragility—like the Japanese art of Kintsugi—is about emerging even better than before from challenge.

Learning and growth depends on failure to shake us out of existing mindsets and modes of behavior. The ability of organizations to grow stronger in the face of significant adversity is dependent on the capacity of their cultures to learn and transform. Anti-fragility represents more than agility; it is about evolution.

How essential is anti-fragility in a VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) world? How do we cultivate this capacity in our organizations?
