A smaller workforce requires greater productivity to maintain output. Large numbers of elderly will place demands on society.

What happens to knowledge transfer, the role of experience, and leadership pipelines as a result? What will the rise in the numbers of elderly mean for workers who have to care for aging parents? What does the economic burden mean for government and family budgets? What opportunities does aging create?
