According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the number of employees who voluntarily leave their jobs has increased in recent years, jumping a full 10.4% between 2014 and 2015.

Many leave because they are unsatisfied with their jobs, bosses, or workplaces. But what would have made them stay?

CCL has partnered with Watermark, Silicon Valley’s leading community of top women executives, emerging executives, and entrepreneurs, to create a research initiative designed to better understand what today’s leaders want from their workplaces in order to create better workplaces for all:

  • What makes you want to stay at an organization?
  • What makes you want to leave?
  • What leadership development opportunities do you wish people would give you?
  • What elements will be most key to successful organizations and leadership in the future?
