India: The Center for Creative Leadership, a global provider of leadership development and research, is expanding its operations in India following the appointment this summer of Managing Director for India, Muniinder Anand.
Formerly the Director of Management Consulting, People and Change with KPMG, Anand has 20 years of leadership experience in professional services and human resources. He will be expanding CCL’s business in India, building on its foundation in the country over the past 10 years. CCL’s main activities in India have focused on servicing India’s top organizations with tailored interventions for leadership development across different leader levels. The Center will further be strengthening its focus on individual and organization-wide tailored leadership solutions including custom programs, executive coaching, assessments and digital solutions.
“The importance of strong leadership for any organization cannot be overstated,” said Anand. “Today’s leadership demands high personal integrity and ethical and moral standards in addition to a high degree of trust. CCL is at the forefront of leadership transformation for individuals, teams, organizations and our society as a whole.”
Under Anand’s leadership, CCL has plans to increase its staff in India. In addition, CCL will be stepping up its research output in India. Earlier this year, CCL and Hunt Partners, a leadership talent advisory firm, announced a joint research project to investigate trends taking place in leadership across the C-suite. Other research projects on the horizon focus on women’s leadership issues.
