CCL and HRDQ are proud to announce an online version of the Campbell Leadership Descriptor, a popular self-assessment tool from CCL already offered through HRDQ in a print format.
The Campbell Leadership Descriptor is a 40-item self-assessment designed to help individuals identify and learn the important characteristics of successful leaders. The tool helps users evaluate their leadership strengths and weaknesses by comparing themselves with a “good leader” and a “poor leader” they have known or experienced at work. Based on this information, individuals create their own personal action plan to improve and develop their leadership skills and abilities.
This new online tool makes the existing Campbell Leadership Descriptor more accessible and convenient, building off the original product’s widespread success as an industry standard for leadership assessment, evaluation, and action planning.
