BRUSSELS — After 4 years of leading the Center for Creative Leadership’s business development and marketing in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), Hamish Madan has been promoted to the role of Vice President and Managing Director, EMEA.
Madan, who previously served as EMEA Markets Director, helped lead CCL to new levels of growth profitability, and impact in the EMEA region, which includes a regional headquarters in Brussels, Belgium and offices in Moscow, Russia; Johannesburg, South Africa; and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. He succeeds David G. Altman, Ph.D., who now serves as CCL’s Chief Operating Officer.
“Hamish has a strong track record of success and a deep commitment to advancing CCL’s mission throughout the world,” said CCL President and CEO John R. Ryan. “In particular, he thoroughly understands our clients and their industries and how to work with them in creating leadership solutions that drive results.”
Prior to joining CCL, Madan served in leadership roles at Sony, WABCO, Experian, and Recall. He was also a partner in a Brussels-based consulting firm. Madan has extensive experience in sales and marketing, product and portfolio management, business expansion, and corporate strategy.
He holds a master’s degree in operational research from the London School of Economics and also has an MBA focused on marketing and strategy.
“It is a privilege to lead our outstanding CCL team in EMEA,” Madan said. “We are passionate about helping our clients solve critical business challenges and will continue to partner with them on the key leadership capabilities and mindsets that lead to success.”
