Localizing Brings CCL Closer to Clients in German-Speaking Countries
The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®) is now serving clients in the DACH countries of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland from new offices in Berlin, where employees from different organizations co-share office space as “corporate co-workers.” This is the 12th global office location for CCL.
CCL moved into the new futuristic office building in Berlin’s Mitte borough in June 2019 to establish a physical presence in the DACH region, where it has served clients for several years.
“We wanted to localize to get closer to our clients,” says Annie Faulkner, CCL’s General Manager for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. “We’re looking to supporting these German-speaking countries and the many dynamic companies within this region.”
In the Berlin office, Faulkner says, her staff members will share work space with employees from other organizations. The corporate co-working concept is rooted in Future Fluency, with traditional work cultures radically reinventing to meet diverse needs and approaches to business. The concept is managed by Design Offices, a German supplier of cutting-edge work environments. CCL also became a member of Berlin Partners, a business and technology network of top companies in the largest German speaking city in Europe.
Just as its new office reflects Future Fluency, CCL’s work with DACH clients emphasizes leadership skills required for the new way of working.
“We’re deeply committed to continuous innovation and leadership transformation that prepares leaders and organizations for the future,” says CCL President and CEO John R. Ryan.
“We look forward to partnering with clients in the DACH region and Berlin, which is the home of much innovation and creative energy.”
