Greensboro, N.C. – After conducting research with thousands of clients to better understand the value leadership development creates for them, the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®) proudly debuts its promise to emphasize even more in the future what it has always valued —Results That Matter: Sustained Impact for You, Your Business and the World.
CCL’s newly heightened focus on Results That Matter coincides with the start of its new fiscal year in April — and reinforces the impact that its comprehensive portfolio of leadership solutions creates at the individual, team, organizational and societal levels. It also underscores CCL’s commitment to serving clients by staying at the forefront of its field, identifying and applying the best thinking about leadership from around the globe and helping build better organizations and a better world.
As part of this evolution, CCL has unveiled a new, dynamic visual look and logo. The new logo resembles a wing in flight or unfurled banner, symbolizing the will of the human spirit to transcend challenges through transformative leadership. It also pays homage to CCL founder H. Smith Richardson Sr. and the Vick Chemical Co., whose success supported the launch of CCL in 1970. With its classic turquoise and cobalt blue colors, the logo recalls the iconic look of Vicks VapoRub, one of Vick Chemical’s most distinctive products.
“Many organizations periodically revisit what they stand for to ensure it is aligned with the expectations of clients, so this was a valuable exercise for us,” CCL President and CEO John R. Ryan said. “We invite you to visit www.ccl.org to explore our new look and the wide range of services, resources and thought leadership that drive lasting results for our clients.”
