Current Role
Sarah Nabors is our Chief Marketing Officer. In her role, she leads CCL’s Global Marketing and Client Communications teams, and oversees the development and launch of strategic initiatives designed to grow awareness of the CCL brand and interest in its portfolio of leadership solutions, programs, and services.
Sarah most recently served as Vice President of Brand Strategy and has been leading media relations, content marketing, social media, and a global rebranding initiative to enhance CCL’s positioning in the marketplace. Previously, she was CCL’s Director of Integrated & Digital Marketing for 4 years and oversaw strategy for demand generation, e-commerce, paid media, and brand-building initiatives.
Experience
Prior to joining CCL, Sarah spent nearly 11 years at Pace Communications, a global integrated marketing agency. While there, she served in a progressive series of key leadership roles, culminating in 3 years as Vice President of Accounts. She led and grew several cornerstone client engagements for Pace with top brands across the travel & hospitality, financial services, and technology industries.
Earlier in her career, she was an account supervisor and account executive with PR & marketing agency French West Vaughan.
Educational Background
Sarah holds a BA in Communication from North Carolina State University with a dual concentration in Public Relations and Mass Communication. She has taken CCL’s Maximizing Your Leadership Potential course for first-level managers.
