Current Role

Liz is CCL’s Chief Marketing Officer and a member of the executive team. She leads all aspects of CCL’s global marketing, communications, media relations, and client experience teams, and oversees strategic initiatives designed to grow awareness of, and interest in, CCL’s portfolio of leadership services and solutions.

A veteran marketer, Liz specializes in developing and integrating marketing strategies into mature organizations that are reinvigorating brand and growth platforms. She has used her deep functional expertise to successfully build and lead multicultural global teams, and she has deep subject matter expertise in marketing operations, brand strategy, digital and demand creation. Having served in both sales and marketing senior leadership roles, Liz brings holistic experience to CCL and a demonstrated ability to think and act deeply at the strategic and tactical levels. She’s passionate about CCL’s mission to transform the world.


Liz has an extensive marketing background and a track record for building new organizations and launching global brands.

Prior to joining CCL, she was Director of Sales and Business Development for Trane®. Before that, she was Director of Marketing Technology and Operations, where she led the digital brand activation of global climate innovator Trane Technologies®, and was also a Director of Global Marketing at Ingersoll Rand®. Long an ally for racial justice, she has a passion for building equity, diversity, and inclusion at senior leadership levels, and also served as co-chair for the company’s 200-member strong Asian employee resource group. 

Earlier in her career, she held marketing and communications leadership roles for consumer and educational organizations, including Owens Corning and Bowling Green State University. 

Educational Background and Professional Affiliations 

Liz holds a BA degree in Marketing from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. She is an active member in the Association of National Advertisers, the American Marketing Association, and the Business Marketing Association.
