This project is seeking to expand the knowledge regarding how virtual or digital learning can enhance, support, or supplant other types of approaches to accelerate the development of leaders. The project explores and tests how acceleration in learning is possible by comparing virtual instructor-led training versus face-to-face training and then seeks to apply what we learn to enhance leadership training in myriad delivery modes. The emphasis is on improving techniques and strategies for delivering training for developing leaders more effectively and efficiently.

Outcomes:

  • Increasing the knowledge base around the role of virtual leadership training in understanding leadership and accelerating development
  • New delivery mechanisms and methods for preparing leaders at CCL and elsewhere
  • Publications and Reports
