We are interested in understanding the key factors that make it more likely that the members of senior teams will set aside individual and functional interests for the sake of a common good that is enterprise-wide. The study has 3 phases: 1) understanding the unique aspects of a senior executive team, 2) understanding (and possibly developing) models and tools that most effectively address these unique challenges and 3) applied research.
