When the leadership process in a group is effective, three crucial outcomes are produced: direction, alignment, and commitment (DAC). The goal of this project is to create useful and sound measures of DAC in groups.

Outcomes:

  • Standard assessments of DAC for use in research and applied work
  • Insights about the relationship between DAC and other important outcomes in organizations, such as group performance and employee engagement
