(ERROR 2) Excessive download time (>30 min.) - Advisable Fix

This is not an error caused by CCL's systems, but rather due to the nature of sizeable files coupled with slower connections. If you attempted to download your eBook and cancelled it due to an excessively long download time, we recommend that you attempt the download again over a time period that will be more convenient for you, making sure to allow for the full download to occur. Any other fix would have to come from an upgrade to your hardware.
