Kate Beatty
Kate is the Open Enrollment Group Manager at the Center for Creative Leadership's Colorado Springs Campus. She manages CCL
®'s programs that strive to impact not just individuals, but teams and the organization overall as well. These programs include Leadership and High Performance Teams, Developing the Strategic Leader, and Developing Leadership Talent. Kate also conducts research and writes in the area of strategic leadership. She is co-author of the book Becoming a Strategic Leader: Your Role in Your Organization's Enduring Success, published by Jossey-Bass.
Prior to joining the Center, Kate was an associate with Colarelli, Meyer & Associates, Inc., a management consulting firm based in the Midwest. While at CMA, she focused on the areas of organizational change, leadership development, conflict management and team development. Kate also gained extensive experience designing and implementing 360-degree feedback instruments and processes for the CMA clients. Prior to joining CMA, Kate worked at Anheuser-Busch Companies in the areas of executive development and succession planning.
